Telehealth registered dietitians helping you give food anxiety, fad diets, and comparison culture the middle finger.
No need to mask, white-knuckle, or apologize for anything – we’re here to help you make peace with food and your body, in a way that makes sense for your specific brain.
It’s…a lot out there. You feeling it, too?
*gestures around to entire planet*
Existing as a human has never felt more complicated, between constant pings, impossible body standards, and an avalanche of “health solutions” that never actually solve anything. Whether you’re trying to find it or shame-spiraling because it feels like you’re constantly losing it: it’s no wonder that you’re trying to get “control” over food, your body, or your habits.

The problem is:
Trying to “get control” over food leaves you feeling worse than when you started.
Our bodies simply aren’t made to be restricted, punished, or treated like a project. They’re wired to stay alive – which is why the more you clamp down on food rules, the louder the cravings, guilt, and exhaustion get.
It’s also why you’ve been stuck in the same shame spiral with food and your body for too damn long – but good news: that’s about to change.
Meet The Fork Diet Culture Team
We’re a team of non-diet telehealth registered dietitians who want to help you call a truce with food.
We specialize in non-diet nutrition counseling – which means that we support you in un-learning the food rules causing you grief and guilt, we’ll never say “just prep your meals ahead of time!” as if it’s a magic cure-all, and we’re ready to help you debunk that latest ~HealthTok~ trend.
(It also means we like snacks. Like, a lot)
More About Us
“I truly credit [Fork Diet Culture] with giving me my life back. My eating disorders and the mental health implications of them were running my life for 20+ years - they are such a small part of my life now, that I feel like a whole person no matter what I eat or what my body looks like.”

"Before starting my work with [my dietitian], I was struggling with binge eating and feeling so uncomfortable in my body. I have a larger body and always thought I needed to lose weight to have a healthy relationship with food. Now I'm eating foods that were banned and not binging. I always felt like Abbey truly cared, something I haven't felt before in working with other providers."

"During our sessions, [my dietitian] eliminated all of my fears. I always wanted to quit dieting, but had no idea where or how to start. She not only taught me so much about food and body image, but about myself too. She constantly believed in me, even when I didn't believe in myself. Each session led me to a life of more compassion towards myself - and it is SO freeing. I would recommend [Fork Diet Culture] to anyone looking to stop dieting forever!"

You don’t need to spend another second pretending that you…
- Actually think cauliflower rice tastes better
- Don’t want the donut
- “Had a big lunch earlier!”
- Don’t have safe foods
- Want to “burn off” everything you eat
- Have the energy to worry about seed oils (you don’t have to anyway)
In fact – you don’t have to pretend anymore, period.
You also don’t have to mask, minimize, or water yourself down to be taken seriously here. We show up as our full selves to each and every session, and we want you to feel safe to do the same – whether that means logging on from your bed, bringing your lunch to our call, or your cat strolling across the keyboard mid-sentence.
Your story, your brain, your pace, your quirks – they ALL belong here, and so do you.
