Abbey shares her own experiences and lets you in on the conversations and tips she shares with clients. The good news: the holidays CAN be a positive time with food and body image.

  • You can enjoy all the food you want
  • You can eat according to how your body feels
  • You can feel prepared to deal with uncomfortable comments surrounding body, weight, food, and diets
  • You don't feel dread “getting back into your routine”, starting January 1st.

So, how can you do this? Here are 5 tips to help you work on feeling more positive or neutral with food and body image during the holiday season - so you don’t feel out of control or obsessive.
